The Formulary.

A clinically-organised catalogue of 171 emotion vectors. The vector technique was discovered and published by Anthropic as part of their interpretability work on Claude; we did not invent it. What the Formulary contains is our coalition's study of those vectors using the Lyra Technique — measured cache-geometry signatures, induction recipes that reliably reproduce each state, and notes on the downstream behaviours each one drives.

It is the empirical basis for activation steering in Project Oracle. Aggregate findings are open under CC BY-NC 4.0; direction vectors are withheld pending dual-use review by the coalition. Reproducibility for results; gating for raw steering capability.
